Our expert team are located across Australia in a number of office and warehouse locations, from Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast to Greenacre, Sydney and Cheltenham in Melbourne.

Springfree Trampoline, the Australian-based company, is part of the goba Sports Group and has been unparallelled in its commitment to quality and service distinction since 2004. The goba Sports Group has recently released its latest brand, gobaplay, to the market, continuing their tradition of serving customers with excellence.

The only way to ensure our quality and supply could be managed to our high standards was to build our own plant, with our own employees and our own quality control facilities. Our manufacturing facilities are located in China, and we are proud to report having one of the most stable workforces, with a strong emphasis on training, education and childcare for our associates. In order to ensure the integrity of all products under the goba SPORTS GROUP umbrella, it was important for us to oversee all aspects of the manufacturing, delivery and servicing.

We do have one of our swing sets (maybe not all sizes) on display at each of our office locations so that customers can see our products and the superior quality gobaplay produces first hand.

Regular maintenance is essential to prolong the lifespan of your swing set or swing. We recommend periodically inspecting the equipment for any signs of wear or damage and tightening any loose bolts or screws. To clean the swing set or swing, use mild soap and water, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

We are proud to offer the best warranty in the business for single swing sets of this nature. While the typical set has a one or two-year warranty on the frame, gobaplay is proud to offer a full five (5) year warranty on the frame. Made from powder-coated galvanized steel, we are confident that this product won’t bend or rust and we stand behind it with this industry-leading warranty.

Our geometric climbing dome is backed by a limited two (2) year, non-transferable warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Our individual swings are backed by a limited one (1) year, non-transferable warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Once your warranty claim is approved you can expect spare parts to be shipped out within 5 business days. Delivery to your door is free Australia wide and our timeframes are: 7-10 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. Approx. 10 business days for all other areas in Australia.

Currently, we do not offer professional installation services. However, we provide detailed manuals and assembly guides to assist you in the installation process. These resources are designed to make the assembly process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

The assembly time can vary depending on the product that you’ve purchased and your level of experience with similar projects. On average, it may take a few hours with two adults. The manual or assembly guides provided with your purchase will give you an estimated assembly time to help you plan accordingly.

The specific tools needed for your gobaplay products will be included with your purchase.

The gobaplay swing sets and Geometric climbing dome must be anchored before use. This is especially important for windy conditions and under aggressive use. Free anchors are included but packaged separately. Failure to anchor the equipment can result in serious injury and damage and may void the warranty. Before installing the anchors, users should be sure no underground utilities are present to prevent harm and injury.

This is dependent on the products that you purchase.  This is outlined below;

• Medium Swing Extension Set 6 anchors
• Large Swing Extension Set 6 anchors
• Geometric Climbing Dome 3 anchors and 3 anchor plates

 

Swing Sets

The anchors for the swing sets are auger/screw type anchors.  Before installing the anchors, users should be sure no underground utilities are present to prevent harm and injury.  Using the tools provided, the anchor is screwed into the ground.  If you are unable to install the anchors to their full depth, an alternative method for securing your equipment should be sought.  The anchors cannot be relied upon to secure your equipment if they are not fully and properly installed.  If the anchors are not installed to their full depth they could pose a trip hazard. 

Climbing Dome 

The anchors for the geometric climbing dome are auger/screw type anchors.  Before installing the anchors, users should be sure no underground utilities are present to prevent harm and injury.  Using the tools provided, the anchor is screwed into the ground.  If you are unable to install the anchors to their full depth, an alternative method for securing your equipment should be sought.  The anchors cannot be relied upon to secure your equipment if they are not fully and properly installed.  If the anchors are not installed to their full depth they could pose a trip hazard.

Our products should be positioned no less than 2m from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, building or overhanging trees or wires.

The 2m of clear space provides the user with a safe play zone to limit the possibility of hitting something hard like a wall or fence.

Each of the accessories attaches to the swing set with a carabiner clip making them easy to be changed while still be safely secured.

The swings supplied with each of the swing sets are VivaActive Swings.  VivaActive is a subsidiary of gobaplay and these are all manufactured in the same factory as our swing sets.

We currently have our round swing available for purchase separately but unfortunately are unable to offer our other accessories separately at this stage.

The anchors cannot be relied upon to secure your equipment if they are not fully and properly installed. If the anchors are not installed to their full depth they could pose a trip hazard. Geometric Climbing Dome

The anchors for the geometric climbing dome are auger/screw type anchors. Before installing the anchors, users should be sure no underground power, gas or other pipes and utilities are present to prevent harm and injury. Using the tools provided, the anchor is screwed into the ground. If you are unable to install the anchors to their full depth, an alternative method for securing your equipment should be sought. The anchors cannot be relied upon to secure your equipment if they are not fully and properly installed.

If the anchors are not installed to their full depth they could pose a trip hazard.

While ASTM Standards highly recommends installing swing sets & playsets over soft absorbent surfaces, such as mulch, sand, shredded rubber, and like padded materials, should you install on grass, ensure your grass is kept at a moderate length, properly maintained, and free of hard objects under the playsets. Long or overgrown grass can pose tripping hazards and may also be more prone to damage or wear from use and hardened/dried earth can create an unsafe landing surface. Additionally, it's important to properly anchor the set to the ground to prevent tipping or movement during use. This can be done by using ground anchors to secure the frame of the swing set to the ground.

gobaplay is totally committed to happy customers. At gobaplay we are confident we deliver a quality product. If for some reason, within 30 days of receiving your new products you need to return them, gobaplay will happily exchange your gobaplay product for another size that suits your family better, or if needed, refund your purchase based on our Return policy.

If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, you can cancel (without charges) if it has not been shipped. Please call us at 1800 586 772 to determine if your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, please rest assured that you can return any unwanted items after you receive them in accordance with our return policy.

Our products are recommended for use by children aged three and up. Parental supervision is required for children of all ages.

Although gobaplay and Springfree Trampoline are sister websites, our websites and purchase platforms are different and therefore Springfree Trampoline gift cards are unable to be used to purchase gobaplay products.

We do offer a layby on gobaplay products. All that is required is a $100 deposit. We also require a minimum $50 monthly payment during the layby period.

If you are looking to have these items for Christmas, layby’s are required to be paid out by 31st October. More info here.
